Do you deliver to my address:

Please go online to TexomaDelivery.com and on the homescreen enter your address and press "Browse Restaurants". It will then take you to the list of restaurants available for delivery to your address. From there you can view the delivery fee ($1 per mile) for each restaurant and their menus. You can also order online or give us a call at 903-744-5597.

My order was canceled and I still see a charge on my debit or credit card?

Orders that are canceled are immediately voided from our system, and the funds are sent back to the banking institution at midnight CST. Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to refund back into your account. This is strictly dependent on your bank policy, and unfortunately TexomaDelivery cannot expedite the process.

My order was missing items or came incomplete, what do I do?

Please contact one of our dispatchers directly at 903-744-5597 or by sending an email to

ContactUs@TexomaDelivery.com. Please do not contact the restaurant directly, we are happy to fix any mistakes made and will redeliver or credit you for the inconvenience.

*Please note that if your driver is unable to contact you once arriving at your delivery address via the phone number you’ve provided, then the driver will wait 15 minutes before leaving your items in a safe place at the location. Please ensure that you have your phone number entered correctly, and that you are available to receive your delivery during the time quoted on your confirmation!*


Wrong address/missing info

We are not responsible for lack of info provided for delivery. If we are not equipped with your correct address, all the address info (apt number, building #, not on GPS etc) or if we are not provided a working telephone number - we are not responsible for an order that cannot be delivered in a timely manner.  We will try all methods to reach you but if those fail we have to continue on to our next delivery and take care of other customers. We do our absolute best to remedy any and all situations that come up. We just need help to limit those issues. We will not issue a refund or replacement when that situation occurs. 


Alcohol / Age-restricted products 

Transactions involving age-restricted prodcuts (including alcohol): You must present a valid governent-issued ID verifying your age to receive alcohol or any other age-restricted products.

In-Person ID Check

  • I am 21 years of age;
  • My address and date of birth on the ID I will provide are correct;
  • I am the person named on the card used to make this purchase;
  • I wish to receive delivery of tobacco, alcohol or other age-restricted products and related communications; and
  • I understand it is illegal to purchase tobacco, alcohol or other age-restricted products for a minor (person under 21) or use the name of another individual.

Notice Regarding Restricted Items

  • Cigarette, e-cigarette, CBD and alcohol sales to minors, persons under 21 years of age, are illegal under state law;
  • Sales of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, CBD and alcohol are restricted to those individuals who provide verifiable proof of age in accordance with state regulations;
  • Sales of cigarettes and e-cigarettes are taxable under Texas Tax Code
  • If applicable, the merchant will pay the excise tax due on the cigarettes or e-cigarettes by the purchase of a tax stamp for each cigarette package; and
  • If applicable, the merchant has affixed a tax stamp to each cigarette package sold.

You may have the option to order delivery of age-restricted products, such as alcohol. You agree to provide photographs of yourself and your government-issued ID bearing your photograph as may be requested by service providers or merchants to verify your age and identity or as otherwise necessary to comply with applicable law. You agree to comply with any other laws applicable to the delivery of your order.  You may not legally receive any age-restricted products through our service unless you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and you may not have age-restricted products delivered through the service for anyone who is under the age of twenty-one (21).  Orders will not be delivered to anyone who is intoxicated or unable to receive the delivery in person for any reason.  Age-restricted products orders may only be placed from duly licensed merchants during the hours allowed by such merchant and applicable law, which may vary by location. You acknowledge that the merchant is the seller of record for all products delivered to you, and that we simply connect you with merchants but do not, and does not intend to, sell you any age-restricted products.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any requests which may violate the requirements of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), including delivery to certain individuals or businesses.  You acknowledge that the merchant and our delivery drivers will have the right to refuse to offer the delivery of any age-restricted products if they or we believe that any of the applicable legal requirements for delivery of age-restricted products are not met (or are unlikely to be met), in which case either the entire order or the related portion of your order will be cancelled.  You acknowledge and agree that a return fee ($20, which may vary by market) may be charged to you if an order involving age-restricted products is cancelled due to your failure to comply with any requirements of these terms or applicable law, or if such order is undeliverable for any reason. WE WILL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR (a) ANY SALE OF AGE-RESTRICTED  PRODUCTS OR DELIVERY OF SUCH PRODUCTS SOLD AND DELIVERED BY MERCHANTS TO YOU OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER OR THIRD PARTY AND/OR (b) ANY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY THAT MAY RESULT, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE PURCHASE AND/OR CONSUMPTION OF AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS PROMOTED OR ACQUIRED THROUGH OUR SERVICE.
